medQ is offering an exciting opportunity with our fast
growing radiology software firm to develop and manage sales of our radiology
imaging/EHR software. Ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of
direct sales experience for imaging centers and small to medium sized
hospitals. Candidate must have sales experience with EHR/RIS and online
reporting software technology. Candidate will have a successful sales track
record creating and managing a sales plan, meeting quotas, and generating new
business in the ambulatory and hospital market.
Develop and grow a high level of knowledge about ours and
competitors' products.
Cultivate, build, and manage close relationships with new
and existing clients.
Set personal performance goals for sales, prospects and new
client sales.
Manage sales process from lead generation, negotiation to
close.
Produce and manage new business development plans and sales
forecasts.
Prepare and submit price proposal and quotation for products
and services.
Plan and coordinate weekly meeting to inform management on
sales progress, plans, new and potential clients.
Attend web demos and company meetings to learn about updates
and changes in medQ’s products/services, marketing promotions and to share
sales information.
Learn medQ’s complete system, products and services.
Consistent follow-up with clients to create and identify
sales opportunities.
Follow and report new industry and competitor products,
services and trends in the imaging market.
Perform web or in person demo of all medQ products.
Travel by car, air, bus or train for all sales needs
including relevant trade shows and conventions.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent.
5+ sales experience in the medical software market
In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry,
including HIS, RIS/PACS/EHR
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level knowledge of radiology industry and software IT
systems
Experience in generating leads through cold calling and
other sales strategies
Excellent organizational skills
Proven and successful sales record
Experience demonstrating software products using web and
in-person demos
Experience closing software services and solutions contracts
Self-motivated and ability
to work with little or no supervision
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Visio
Compensation
Compensation includes base salary plus commission, car allowance, healthcare and vacation
This is a Dallas, Texas based opportunity. No relocation
paid.
