Q/ris Critical Test Results Management

The Q/ris Critical Test Results Management module will be available in the 4^th Qtr 2011. 

 This is a major upgrade to our current Q/ris CTRM offering.  With the Q/ris CTRM V2.0, radiologists will be able improve the identification, triage and results communication protocol to the ordering physician, as well as establish a delivery verification documentation and auditing process.  Fully automated and integrated in the Q/ris 3000 dictation software, radiologists will be able to assess the severity of the diagnosis and quickly contact the ordering physician to notify of the condition. 

·         Embedded directly in the Q/ris 3000 dictation program for real-time ease of access.

·         User defined result categorization based on urgency – red, orange, yellow

·         Radiologist work space to get ordering doctor information and record communications

·         Follow up work list for result tracking to ensure positive communications

·         Multiple contact methods and confirmation documentation

·         A positive confirmation methodology tracks this process from start to finish and logs all attempts until notification is confirmed.  

·         Full management reporting of process, contacts and turnaround times

·         Automatic footer on the final report to show contact person, date and time.
